Most of us live in a world full of things that just have to be done. Our busy mind continually pulls us from what happened yesterday to our worries about what might or might not happen tomorrow. Even at night it can sometimes be difficult to stop the chatter and move into relaxed and restful sleep.  Meditation practice and Mindfulness can help change this.

The day will include:-

  • What meditation is and what it isn’t;

  • What is Mindfulness?

  • The physical, mental, emotional and self-awareness benefits of meditation;

  • Some of the scientific evidence;

  • Opportunities to experience a variety of meditation  techniques throughout the day;

  • The ‘Purposeful Pause’ bringing quiet focus into everyday activities;

  • How to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your daily life.
